This is a link to the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines. These guidelines establish what Indiana believes should be the minimum amount of time the non-custodial parent should have with the minor children. The Guidelines also include the rotation for holidays and special days that is generally entered in most cases. These apply when the parties are unable to agree.
